7194 Susanrose (provisional designation: 1993 SR3) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Henry E. Holt at the Palomar Observatory in San Diego County, California, on September 18, 1993. It is named after Susan Rose, an American amateur astronomer and astronomy enthusiast.
Susan Rose, born Susan F. Campbell, née Brown, Farrell, Aug 9, 1952, Brooklyn, NY, US
James Madison HS 1970, Brooklyn College 1974; BS Geology, minor Oceanography and Physics.
An avid amateur astronomer since the age of 2, called a moonagazer by her great grandmother who chastised her mother for allowing her to stare at the moon.
